Such a rushed job, you could tell they just wanted to get out because it was the end of the day. Hair turned out shades of grey/purple (not blonde) on the bottom layer. When I questioned this upon dry off - was told 'give it 6-10 washes and it will settle down'. When you pay over £125 to get your hair done, you expect to walk out of the salon looking fabulous, and at least the decency for the hairdresser to have a discussion with you if you're not happy with initial colouring/why it happened.

Went above and beyond my expectations! I did not thing I could achieve the shade of blonde I truly wanted but I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!
