Worst experience ever. When I’ve arrived I’ve been asked for my name and the time of my appointment, then I was invited to take a sit. I’ve been waiting for MORE THAN 45 MINUTES, while other people was coming in and having their hairs done. I was very upset, as no one asked me something or giving me an explanation. I decided to ask one of the girls that works there when was going to be my turn, and she replied me that they completely forgot, that was a mistake (the salon is tiny, so there was impossible that they didn’t see me) And that’s not everything, the cut that one of the guys has made me was terrible, I need to go to another salon now to have this mess fixed.

Really friendly salon and I felt very comfortable and pampered. My stylist (really sorry, forgot her name) was lovely. Very happy with my new haircut. Thank you for squeezing me in!
