When booking the appointment I payed for long hair as that is the length of my hear but after the cutting I have been told that I need to pay extra £ 9 because my hear seemed to be extra long.
The hear cut was not the one I wanted, it is way more shorter than I asked for. Apparently it was not only me being unhappy with the quality of the service because right next to me was another customer complaining for the same thing.
I wouldn’t go there again or advise me friends to do that.

Georgina has been excellent: she listened to my requests, she was friendly and pleasantly chatty; I’m very pleased with the final result. Lovely atmosphere too.

I enjoyed my experience at Gusto and would go back again. Beatrice listened to what I wanted and clearly communicated how she would carry it out, making sure I was happy with the plan. The conditioning treatment was pleasant and the cut/blow dry were carried out well (perhaps a little on the firm side with the hairbrush, but my scalp isn’t very sensitive so I didn’t mind). Was also offered a drink upon arrival, which was nice.

I visited the salon on Sunday whilst they were having some electrical work done. The salon should not have been open as there was ongoing drilling and a number of the plugs weren’t working so I had to move to the middle of the room to have my hair dried. It really wasn’t very relaxing though I appreciate it may not have been the hair dressers fault.
The hair dresser was nice but did have a cigarette break whilst I had treatment on my hair and returned without washing her hands.
