When booking the appointment I payed for long hair as that is the length of my hear but after the cutting I have been told that I need to pay extra £ 9 because my hear seemed to be extra long. The hear cut was not the one I wanted, it is way more shorter than I asked for. Apparently it was not only me being unhappy with the quality of the service because right next to me was another customer complaining for the same thing. I wouldn’t go there again or advise me friends to do that.

Great value for money! Georgina has been excellent: she listened to my requests, she was friendly and pleasantly chatty; I’m very pleased with the final result. Lovely atmosphere too. I highly recommend Gusto Soho and will definitely come back

I enjoyed my experience at Gusto and would go back again. Beatrice listened to what I wanted and clearly communicated how she would carry it out, making sure I was happy with the plan. The conditioning treatment was pleasant and the cut/blow dry were carried out well (perhaps a little on the firm side with the hairbrush, but my scalp isn’t very sensitive so I didn’t mind). Was also offered a drink upon arrival, which was nice.
