Yiannis was quick, professional and friendly. I was undecided but happy with the result in the end. But I did ask for cut which would give my hair extra volume. It didn’t - might be because of my hair but I wouldn’t know and wasn’t advised.

I really did not like this haircut. I asked to keep the length and add in a few long layers and my stylist cut the layers up to chin length (my hair was quite long, down to my mid back). When I queried it he said that I'd asked for it. Then I asked for a blow dry with big bouncy curls and he said he didn't like curly blow drys and gave me a really flicky blow dry so all the layers just flicked out. And also, not a big deal but not great, everyone else in the salon was offered wine or coffee and he didn't even offer me a glass of water.
