I won’t go back. A thoroughly unprofessional experience that gave no confidence that they would handle my hair well. First of all the salon looks nothing like the photos, those have been edited, it’s must smaller, drab and generally old.
I arrived 10 minutes early but they hadn’t finished opening or setting up the music or booking system and the room smelt strongly of bleach. The lady who welcomed me offered me a coffee but then had to go out to buy more milk as they had run out.
My hair stylist was 20 minutes late and didn’t really apologise or give a reason for his delay. While I was waiting the another stylist said she would wash my hair and start the treatment, a red flag because I had wanted a new hair cut and this should be discussed before you get your hair wet. When my hair stylist did arrive he didn’t give me any helpful opinions on how I could change my hair or instil confidence in me of his ability. I went for a simple cut and have ended up with a perfectly nice but basic cut, not what I wanted. I will not return.

Georgina was lovely and friendly. I just wanted a trim but can be really indecisive but she was patient and the end result is just how I like it.
