I’ve been to the Covent Garden shop a few times before and I thought it’d be quite similar, as it’s very relaxing there, clean and tidy. But soho was a little different, the whole thing seemed a bit rushed, my hair does look good, it’s more the experience that wasn’t great. It just kind of seems like they’ve shoved the salon where they could and it’s just not quite a smooth operation yet. I liked my stylist but will go back to cov G next time.
A really nice and cosy place. I really enjoyed my experience. My hair was cut by Daniela and she did an amazing job. She gave me advice on how to take care of my hair and I really appreciated that. She walked me through the process letting me know of her next move, keeping me at ease. I loved it
I've been to this salon once before and had a great experience with the lady who did my hair. However, this time it was awful because of the hairdresser I had. He didn't seem to care at all and looked like he hated his job. From the moment I sat down, he looked bored, annoyed, tired, unengaged and kept yawning. He barely asked any questions or cared about what I said when explaining how I wanted my hair. I expected a lot more from this place and will not go back in case a get him again.
Happy with my haircut and the colour was great! It was a bit light at the top but after a couple of washes it became the perfect colour shade that I wanted. My only feedback is that I did feel a bit rushed with my blow dry as I was the last customer of the day but otherwise very happy.
