I was late for my appointment and Georgina and the team were really accommodating and friendly. There was a nice, communal vibe and they did their best to fit me in. My haircut is lovely- really quick and really professional. I would definitely go back.

During consultation was told that what I wanted wasn’t actually what I wanted. Hairdresser then proceeded to not give me what I asked for and clearly didn’t understand my hair type as it’s one of the worst hair cuts I’ve ever had. I said several times that it didn’t look right and could he change various aspects; first he told me he wasn’t finished and when he was finished he told me that was just what my hair was like and that he couldn’t do anything about it, which is just not true actually...
