Busy and lively salon in Soho, the staff were friendly and I’m pretty happy with the cut and the highlights. The whole experience felt very rushed, and the conditioning treatment was just leaving the normal conditioner on for 5 mins. I was not very happy to find that I had to pay extra £17 for toner on my highlights- I’ve never had this charged as an extra procedure before. The main reason I went for this salon was the special deal, but it ended up being more expensive. I am happy with the end result, but it wasn’t amazing.
