The whole experience was extremely rushed and social distancing wasn’t happening. I was expecting a proper cut but only received a trim, hair was blown dry with a messy parting, all a bit disappointing really. Though the place gets rave reviews snd they can’t all be wrong, so maybe they are just trying to take on too much right now given things have only just re-opened :)

Very welcoming and friendly lady on the front desk. I loved her. Chris was pleasant and friendly too. Listened to what I wanted and achieved exactly what I need. He gave me advices for my hair which I really appreciate. I was looked after. However, I didnt think the mask treatment is any different than normal home conditioner. A little head massage maybe wouldn’t hurt, as it’s supposed to be a “luxury mask treatment”, really did not feel luxurious at all. Just like conditioning at home. Thanks:)

Great haircut and blow dry overall. Felt a bit rushed towards the end but understand they are super busy at the moment. Stylist did a great job, it was worth the wait!!
