Staff was friendly but that's about it. The hairdresser cut my hair to the length Iwant. but I asked him to even it out with layers he said he would do that, he didnt. he completely changed my parting of my hair didn't ask what I wanted. he didn't showme the back of my head with a mirror and well he did what he wanted. the hair dryer was SO hot it burnt my scalp. Only thing that was good was the style of my hair and it was done half ass.Not going here again

I had extremely long hair that was healthy but just felt lifeless and like it had lost all its body. Loddy took off any of the split ends (it ended up being much shorter than I had envisioned) and gave it life again. She shaped the front of my hair really beautifully and it feels so bouncy and fresh. I really love the shorter length too, she has great judgement.
I left the salon feeling a million pounds.
