Haircut was ok but it was very annoying that I specifically booked with a particular person as they have handled my hair before and I loved the results. This meant that I had to wait an extra 2 weeks instead of choosing any stylist and get an earlier appointment. When I got to the salon another stylist saw me, no explanation of why my stylist wasn't available nor prior notice of the change. Also, the salon was quite crowded and there was another customer having their hair done by the entrance

Yiannis gave me a very good haircut. Got rid of all the unhealthy ends. My hair looks and feels so much thicker and healthier.

It was my second time at Gusto, and the first one with Loddy and she was absolutely amazing, she explain what she was doing to me at all times, and offered me counselling, at the end, i got what i was looking for! So happy, if you’re doubting who to go, Loddy has amazing hands and she did an amazing job, very happy i will absolutely repeat with her
