Mehmet was very thorough in correcting a bad haircut done by another salon. He took time and effort to make sure the cut was to my satisfaction, and provided helpful advice in terms of product.
A smaller salon offering a personalised service where you don't feel like you're just a number to get in and out as quickly as possible.
First visit to Gusto but definitely not the last!

My experience was good, although was a little concerned for the lady next to me who unfortunately arrived late for her appointment. She wasn’t treated in the most kind way.
For me, the price for cut and blow dry was great which is why I booked. I would say one needs to have expectations and judge based on pricing. I would renovate a little bit on the inside when there is an opportunity, otherwise my hairdressers was very skilled and did a great job.
