It seemed a very nice place but very bad service. I booked a wash-cut with mask and blow dry. I didn’t get a mask at all, and the cut was very poor and uneven. I got the blow dry before finishing the cut! Thankfully I have straight hair... unbelievable. The guy had no idea what he was doing since he arrived. Never again

Booked on treatwell on the day & paid for extra long hair, arrived and had been seemingly double booked with someone else who had to have their hair colour applied before I was seen. Whilst waiting there were lots of flies in the salon and it was not socially distanced. The person who did my hair stated that it should be classed as 'extra extra long' as it was past my shoulders, and that it was also 'extra thick' which were not options on treatwell. Would not go back.

Went from blonde to brunette. I understand the hairdresser explained going from blonde to brunette would not be perfect, but he should of advised the correct procedure to do it instead of not advising anything. I felt like he had no time for me like he was rushing me. Also washing my hair and getting water all over my face, not apologising and throwing a towel on my face to dry it. Extremely unprofessional and I left the salon very upset. Will not be back or recommend
