Everytime I go to Gusto's I get exactly what I want. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is calming and friendly and the stylists are so patient and will make sure you leave with what you wanted. Could not recommend everyone there more.

It seemed a very nice place but very bad service. I booked a wash-cut with mask and blow dry. I didn’t get a mask at all, and the cut was very poor and uneven. I got the blow dry before finishing the cut! Thankfully I have straight hair... unbelievable. The guy had no idea what he was doing since he arrived. Never again
