Small hairdressers in the middle of Soho. It was very busy when I arrived and so the customer service wasn't great. It improved as my treatment continued however. There wasn't much of a colour consultation, I just told the lady what I wanted and she did it. Nice scalp massage but had to pay £15 extra for toner. Hair felt great afterwards and colour was lovely. Thanks again.
A very average haircut, the place looks a lot better in the picture than it actually is. The staff was very cold and didn't speak a single word throughout the haircut.
If you want a really good haircut and set of highlights I would highly recommend Gusto. I was seated immediately, offered a drink and magazines and my half a head of highlights where in after about 45 minutes. The hairdresser knew his stuff and only put the bleach on my roots which saved the rest of my hair from a frying! And he put the highlights in really well and professionally. After a wash, head massive and conditioning treatment we talked about how I would like my hair cut and he did it perfectly with a really great blow dry to top it off!
The salon could do with a bit of maintenance and maybe a new lick of paint but for the standard of hairdressing, it's easy to over look the aesthetics.

Superb place, they did a great job on full head highlights. Staff was very friendly and polite - great value for money!
