Decent enough hair treatment. Had a full head of highlights and a cut. Usually this takes around 3-4hrs but I was out in under 2. This could be because the stylist used larger samples of hair for each foil, which would not be my preferred method. Colour consultancy was ok. Was not offered more than 1 colour (even at additional cost). Cut was decent - was more of a trim though, so not much to get wrong.
It was my first ever experience. The lady who did my hair did a great job after we discussed the look and without curling irons!
I got a wash, haircut, conditioning treatment and blowdry - My hair looks amazing, came out with exactly what I imagined! Service was great, staff was very hospitable and offered me drinks and magazines when the conditioning treatment was on. The only thing I feel they could improve on was the ambience, some good music would be nice. Apart from that, my experience at gusto was great :)

Happy with the result.. Offer included a treatment that I didn't get for some reason.. Overall would still go back!
Went to the salon for an ombre. As i was already highlighted i needed my roots dyed etc and it was a long process but the stylist did a fantastic job and was so friendly. her name was anna and id recommend her to anybody booking :) for the first time ever i left a salon actually loving my hairstyle. X
