Got a "cut and style" and I guess it that doesn't specify a wash but I expected one because it's better to cut wet hair right? My hair isn't poker straight so how could it have been cut evenly? Anyway hairdresser started snipping away on my dry, unwashed hair until he was told by someone else to wash it. I thought he was rather unfriendly at first, but he redeemed himself by giving me a nice head massage and some advice afterwards. The cut itself was OK, but not amazing. Looked a bit uneven. The "style" part was non-existent as he only rough dried my hair. I know £20 is really cheap for a cut, but considering I only spent about 20 minutes altogether on a wash and trim, I didn't think it was great value.
Great location. The salon is no fuss and no frills but the best cut and blowdry I have ever had. When I got back to the office I received 7 compliments in as many minutes. Ask for Raui. I have recommended the salon to friends for lunchtime cuts and blowdrys. I will go backfor highlights in June. Thanks!
Hands down, best hair cut I've ever had, and I'm used to paying more than I did at Gusto. The conditioning treatment appears to have worked wonders - so soft and silky! I'm on day 3 of the blowout - still looks top notch!
