I had a half head highlights, cut and blow dry and I am very happy with the result. The staff was friendly (although not very talkative, which is absolutely fine by me!), I told them I wanted something very light and natural, and that's exactly what I got. Not only does my hair look exactly how I wanted, it actually looks even better! I highly recommend this place.

Appointment was booked for 2pm and I was kept waiting until 2.20pm. I paid for all over colour, wash, a deep nourishing treatment and blow-dry. The lady that did my hair was very friendly but I didn't have any hair treatment and the blow-dry was not good. It didn't look styled and was in knots due to it being curled with a brush when dried. I couldn't run my fingers through my hair without pulling it. I also noticed that brushes were being used on different people without being cleaned first. I ended up washing it and blow-drying it myself when I get home. As I said, the lady that did my hair was very nice but I wouldn't go back.

First-class place that really fits into the Soho mold. Coming from the States I've found it hard to find a place that actually listens and delivers on every service I've asked for, from a blow out to high lights.
Also the value is something, nowhere like it in central London. Love this place!
