Positives: Good hair cut and decent highlights. Polite staff and interesting beverage options (soft drinks, beers, etc.)
Negatives: They were running 30 minutes late and the salon was over-crowded with customers so I had to wait on an uncomfortable high stool with no back support both before my appointment and whilst I was waiting for my highlights to take - so over an hour in total.

Had the wash, conditioning treatment and the blow dry with Luis, who was great and very friendly. The conditioning treatment isn't anything special but decent enough, but if you're after a good cut and blow this is a great deal.

I am not even sure if the person who cut & coloured my hair was even qualified. When I left, my hair looked okay because I had it blow-dried with curls. However, I could see that the colour wasn't done to the root and was very patchy. To be honest, I just wanted to leave, so didn't raise any concerns - there was absolutely no communication with the hairdresser - he spent most of the time keeping himself busy doing something else. I asked for half an inch to be taken off, but when I straightened it the next day I could see that he basically chopped one side much shorter than the other and I've since had to pay someone else to cut it - she agreed it was a dreadful cut and said that it looked like I had two different haircuts (basically it wasn't feathered at the front how I wanted it - it was hacked into a bob, with longer hair underneath and looked ridiculous). He also used the thinning out scissors, which I really didn't want, so it was much shorter, uneven and promoted the 'split-end' look... not very desirable. Over all, it was a total disaster and I now wish I'd paid full price somewhere and had it done properly. It already looks like I need my hair coloured just over a week after having a full head. The only positive was the nice employee who offered me strawberries. Perhaps if you had the Manager doing your hair it might be a different story, but from my experience I would avoid this salon like the plague :-(

Kept me waiting a long time. Before my appointment and when the foils were done. Staff were good and offered me a toner for free because of the wait, but the colour after the toner I felt was darker than I wanted as wanted highlighted hair. Cut was ok , she did a good job at blow drying as wanted it styled for a night out. Hairdresser Who did my hair was lovely and not her fault they had too many bookings with not enough time in between, but not impressed with overall experience. Won't be going back,
