I couldn't be happier with the result (highlights, conditioning treatment, cut)! The hairdresser was very friendly - however I found some aspects of it lacking in professionalism and cleanliness: the man assigned to me did not introduce himself by name and smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival. He was friendly and also efficient in treating my hair, however I found it quite off-putting to see him smoking directly out the front of the salon window whilst the colour worked on my hair, only to return to work on my hair again - without washing his hands!! Seriously - my hair had the faint smell of cigarette smoke upon departing the salon (though maybe he was hoping that the smell would disappear upon/whilst washing my hair!?)... So, overall: I was extremely happy with the result of my colour and cut, however I am not sure whether I would return given I feel that the staff lacked a certain professionalism and cleanliness (the latter being essential in my eyes).

I was first disappointed about my stylist because I expected somebody else. He was very rude and arrived late, so I asked for somebody else. That wasn't a problem at all, so I enjoyed my haircut and blow dry.

Eowin was great, very friendly and helpful and knew exactly how to help my overbleached hair. I had a half head of highlights, cut and blowdry in 1hr 40 mins which was extremely efficient. My hair is thick and normally takes a while for the colour to develop so this was a real surprise, the highlights look great and I am very pleased with the cut. Overall a great salon with some great service, I will go back.
