Second time I've been here. No-frills salon. A bit faded round the edges, no waiting area etc.
But the important bit - the cut. Raffaele was great. Good judgement, sensitive and full of energy. No bull, no 'oh-my-god-who-cut-your-hair-last-time', no fuss, which is good. To be fair, you can't really do much with my hair, but nevertheless, it looks and feels good today. Oh and a-mazing head massage. Thank you.

My experience at Gusto was very pleasant. My appointment was on time, I had the choice between beer, coco cola or water for a refreshing drink. My hair was cut very nicely to the style that I had requested. The conditioning treatment and head massage was also very relaxing. I also didn't get the impression that my hairdresser was rushing which always makes the whole experience more relaxing. Will be going back again!

I had a great experience at Gusto. Rafaelle, the hairstylist that cut my hair, was very attentive and precise. It was quite clear that he really enjoys what he does and that shows in how well he does it. The whole service was definitely worth more than I paid, so I can say this is really good value. Will go back for sure.

Could not recommend this place enough. I really had the best cut I've had in the three years I've been living in London. Raphael gave me great advice and the perfect cut and blow dry. The conditioning treatment and head massage was also wonderful!! I will definitely be returning.
