I've been to Gusto a few times now and it is very good value and in a great location. Everyone is very nice but the quality of the blow dry depends on who you get...at the moment, George is excellent and I would ask for him.

I visited Gusto two weeks ago and had a half head highlights, cut and blowdry. The cut was fine, but I was just getting a trim. Blowdry was not pleasant, she was very rough and burnt my head on several occasions. The highlights were the worst, some of them are a golden colour which I specifically asked her to avoid and no amount of purple shampoo seems to fix them. My hair is also in a terrible condition afterwards due to the fact she bleached the ends as well not just the roots. It is in terrible condition, falling out everywhere and all my ends are broken. I have been getting highlights for years and never had this. I wouldn't go back but to be fair I think it was the particular hairdresser not the salon. There were two men stylists who were doing great jobs of two other ladies hair
