Rafaelle was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on how to get more volume etc He gave me a great haircut and my hair is soft and shiny as a result of the conditioning treatment. Would definitely return!

Hilites , too many were done giving a dyed look as opposed to natural hilites..cut was not well done well, not symetric and around ears and nape of neck, which are both critical for short hair cits... left salon full of cut hair on neck and face..Would not recommend Anna, she was however pleasant and nice to talk to.

The salon is small and very busy when I arrived. I get the idea that it's always this way, with people clutching groupon codes & Treatwell deals. The music was loud but necessary to offer some privacy in such cramped confines. That said the service was excellent. My requests were listened to, my hair type and face shape closely examined. As a usually nervous client I was calmed and reassured & left feeling very happy about my excellent haircut. I will definitely be going back.
