I was booked in with George but ended up with Anna on the day. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't seen any reviews on her but she was really good. I showed Anna a photo of the colour I wanted and she matched it exactly!

My booking was pushed back an hour behind due to some last minute staffing issues. They were really nice to squeeze me in despite being very short-staffed. I appreciate Dean who offered to take on my appointment at the last minute. However, I would really appreciate if they had better staffing on Sundays and better contingency plans for in the event they become short-staffed at the last minute. Overall, I was pleased with my haircut and Dean the stylist who was very careful and tried his best to meet my haircut requirements.

Rafaelle was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on how to get more volume etc He gave me a great haircut and my hair is soft and shiny as a result of the conditioning treatment. Would definitely return!
