My initial appointment was cancelled couple of hours before saying that all staff is sick and salon closed for that day, got offered additional 30% discount for this so still decided to try again. Got served by Anna. She did a very good job. She understood very good what I wanted and made the result even better. All was good - haircut, highlights and blowdry. So overall experience was good and good value of money.
Very easy to find, buzzy atmosphere. I had Anna do my hair and she was lovely and really listened to what I wanted. Colour is beautiful and gorgeous blow dry at the end
Not value for money (even with a review discount) I had a blow dry but the girl assigned to me did not ask what i wanted doing until half way through the appointment. She spoke about 3 words to me throughout the entire experience. My Blow dry was ok but not what i wanted and not worth the money - i could have done something similar myself for free. Dont waste your money.

The price of my haircut, treatment and blow dry was unbelievable! I didn't expect much, but was blown away by the service and cut. I would definitely go back and also recommend this to any friends.
I have been there to have a Brazilian Blow Dry as my hair are very frizzy and curly. First time they used a new product which didn't work at all. After the first wash my hair where exactly as before the treatment. I immediately got in touch with them and I have to say that they have been very serious and correct. They told me that they realized that the product was not working and they let me go again for free to have a stronger treatment. Now my hair are definitely straight. I just need to dry them with the hair-drayer and brushing them just with my hands. Then I finish with a straightener and that's it. Still can't believe that it's my head!
