Wow what a place, really surprised by the general customer service and was ecstatic with the job they did on my hair, just fabulous work.
Went in a for a blow dry, cut and masking treatment, usually I have to specify to the finest detail how I want my hair. It's a pretty funky look that very few hairdressers can pull off so was slightly apprehensive when I booked.
My fears were quickly alleviated, the stylist immediately put me at ease with his obvious knowledge and know-how. The end result actually surpassed my expectations, I left the salon with a stylish new look and have been receiving complements ever since.
I should also note the customer service was exemplary, offered multiple drinks (including beer) and everyone was attentive to my needs. Definitely be going back. x

I had a cut, condition and blow dry by Ravi and it was great! Normally the hairdresser cuts off more than I want but Ravi didn't and styled it really nicely. I tend to go to a different hairdressers everytime I get my hair cut but this is the first place that I'll go back to!

I have been once before after booking after reading the great reviews. Had an amazing blowdry by Mike before but he wasn't working this time so i had the lovely Raff work on my hair.Personable, knowledgeable and talented he worked wonders with my long wild hair. He also had me laughing the whole way through, i can't recommend Gusto and Raffaele enough!!
