Disaster averted. When i arrived for my appointment the place was obviously overbooked and I ended up waiting forty minutes to be seen. Annoying but very impressed with the staff and how they handled it- apologised, gave me a lovely long head massage and a discount for the inconvenience. Raphael did a fantastic job on my hair so thanks very much, only advice would be not to book straight after work as this is peak time and it's a but overcrowded!

No-frills very functional salon - no over the top decoration or trying to be cool (shudder) but very friendly, efficient and capable staff. Very pleased with Mike's work, have never had anyone be quite such a perfectionist over my fringe! Will definitely be going back.

Truly lovely place, from the staff to the service to the general Soho vibes. John the stylist quite simply gave me the best cut and blow dry I've ever had, completely unexpected from this last minute appointment. Reception staff were very pleasant as well, offering me drinks and magazines throughout, including beer and a glass of bubbly! Will definitely be returning for my monthly blow out! Thanks gusto!

Sadly, it was the worst hairdresser experience in my whole life. I booked this place as it looked OK and had a Sunday event immediately after the appointment. It was the dirtiest place I have ever seen. And blow-dry very average.
