For the price paid I cannot fault the salon and am pleased with the full head of high light, cut and blow dry I received!

I had my hair cut by Raffael who was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and spent a long time giving me the look and style that I was after. I'm really happy with the result and would definitely go back/recommend him. The one negative - the treatment was a bit misleading. I was told I'd paid for a wash & cut and 'hair conditioning and scalp treatment', however all I received was a hair cut. I wasn't too worried about these extras, all I was after was a decent hair cut, but I feel it should have been advertised as such if that's all it was. I've knocked one star off for this, but for the price I paid it was still great value.

My experience at Gusto was fantastic. John my hairdresser was ever so welcoming and nice, listened to what I wanted (and even read my mind when I was making funny faces!). I'm always scared of cutting my (extra long) hair and almost half of its length is gone but I love (repeat, LOVE) my new hair. It's healthier than ever and looks stunning. Thanks for the experience and great service. Completely recommend this place and I shall come again!

Disaster averted. When i arrived for my appointment the place was obviously overbooked and I ended up waiting forty minutes to be seen. Annoying but very impressed with the staff and how they handled it- apologised, gave me a lovely long head massage and a discount for the inconvenience. Raphael did a fantastic job on my hair so thanks very much, only advice would be not to book straight after work as this is peak time and it's a but overcrowded!
