I've been visiting Gusto for haircuts regularly in the last year and will continue to visit. Raffael has cut my hair the last two times and I've been very pleased with the cut. He's clearly very passionate about what he does and pays particular care and attention to the style of the cut and the customer experience. I'll be continuing to request Raffael as my stylist and would recommend the salon to anyone considering it - it's fantastic value!

Really friendly little hairdressers, staff very attentive and definitely a personal service. Was rather disorganised when we arrived and only proceeded to get busier, was fine as we had lots of time but if you are tight for time you may end up sitting around for a while. Hairdressing staff were efficient and experienced and I loved my haircut. If you have curly/wavy hair though don't let them mousse it! Was the worst blow dry I've ever had.

Stylist was very nice, though I'm not very happy with the treatment - went for a full head of highlights, the t-section looks alright, though my hairstylist friend was surprised how far apart and how far from the roots the highlights were. Highlights underneath and throughout the rest of the hair aren't at all obvious - disappointing as I'm trying to grow out fully bleached hair and have been recommended highlighting the regrowth to soften the demarcation line.
