Not too bad overall but have had better haircut and service in other salons for the same if not less money. Shampooing was less than average no headmassage like in other salons, she asked me whether if i wanted any i said yes but still nothing... I have paid for a conditioning treatment which they normally leave on for 5-10 minutes. They left something on my hair for about 30 seconds and thats it. Not sure it was what i paid for, did not make much difference to my hair. Hairdresser was nice, but could have been more professional. She cut my hair into the tea i was drinking eventhough i warned her plus i had to brush my hair through myself. For £35 i would have expected her to do it. Ok but not sure i would go back to be honest.
Nice salon in a good location. My stylist Ionas listened to what I wanted. I was very happy with the result.
Turned up exactly on time for my appointment, my stylist was ready waiting for me. Very punctual.
The conditioning treatment was lovely, with massage and not rushed. My stylist, John, did a lovely job with the cut, style and my blow-dry was on point. I was left with thicker fuller feeling hair which was lovely! (my hair is so thin). Great service and reasonable price. Will be going back!
