I thought it was great value. I got the highlites, cut, wash, blow dry. It took way too long. They were overbooked and my stylist put me aside for 30 mins while he did another customer. It took 3hr 45 mins for my whole appointment. I like my hair a lot though.

Got a shorter haircut from Gusto for the first time, which did the job, however - there was a great lack of attention to details to my layering after inspecting it closer at home...sadly I am not going back due to the small details to service: 1. It was a rather hectic atmosphere given the small space, a few staff basically shouted to each other when communicating when there were 4 clients sitting there quietly having their hair done... 2. No offering of magazines/drink upon arrival. The drinks offering came when I was having my final phase of cutting...which I declined as already made up my mind about the place. Positives: 1. Timely haircut - when they state 55 mins, it really took 55 mins. 2. The person who cut my hair was very polite and seems to be concentrating on getting my hair done!

Manoel was great, he listen to my needs and did an excellent job with cutting my hair and the blow dry, can only recommend. However I feel very disappointed with the hair conditioning treatment, does not feel like they've put something special on my hair, they still feel dry. So if you are after a proper treatment to repair your hair this is not the deal for you. Otherwise, would recommend and go back.
