I had a Full Head of Highlights plus Wash, Osmo Conditioning Treatment, Cut and Blow dry with Caramel, she was really nice & I loved my haircut. She was lovely, and she took her time with me.i would highly recommend her

I cannot remember the name of the girl who did my hair, but she was absolutely lovely! She looked at my hair before washing it and established what we could do with it, in line with what I wanted. She made sure I was always comfortable and my hair looked STUNNING.

Since the changes the salon looks much nicer however the salon vibe has been lost. In general the stuff are friendly though based on overall experience from last 2 visits I won't be returning to the salon. Both times I booked with specific stylists to only arrive and the treatments to be carried out by incompetent stylists. In summary the treatments in visit prior to last were done with a wooden board to my head! And the last visit was a disaster. I had asked for 2 lowlights per each highlight, fringe to be cut in and wavy volume blow dry. My highlights were opposite of what I had asked for and as the foils were put in very losly (which I did point out and was told its how it's meant to be done) i ended up with orange stripe through my hair, luckily the stripe was fixed there and then. The fringe was cut in a diagonal line across my eyes!!! This without a doubt i now need to visit another hairdresser to fix. The blow dry looked like someone's hair from hairspray! When I tried brushing my hair the look of shock of the stylist supprised me. If the salon would committ to actually booking stylists you request or providing prior notification I would happily return to 2-3 of the stylists however based on the last experience and having to go to another hairdresser im extremely disapointed as the treatments are now costing me double!

I had a wash, conditioning treatment and blow dry and I rate it 5 stars. The cut was really professional and I had a lovely blow dry at the end.
