It was my first time at Gusto and I had my hair cut by Ioans. I would definitely recommend him. He was open to listen to what I wanted but equally he come up with interesting suggestions. I love my new hair style and I highly recommend Ioans. My only criticism is that it was not possible to reschedule the appointment (they weren't picking up the phone and there was no prompt reply to emails) so make sure you can make it before booking.

Been to Gusto twice now and had my hair cut by Ionas. Amazing hairdresser, does exactly what you ask him to do. The blow dry was also very good. Safe to say I refuse to get my hair cut by anyone else. Absolutely recommend Ionas!!

I can't say enough good things about Gusto, they simply offer the best value service in London let alone the West End. Nice decor (Parisian with a touch a edginess) and extremely helpful staff. As soon as I came in I was welcomed by name and was offered a selection of drinks while I had my lengthy consultation. I wanted something rather drastic done to my hair and the stylist expertly pointed out the pros and cons. We both agreed on something and the results far exceeded my expectations. Left feeling great. I've been to my fair share of salons from fancy Mayfair boutiques to well known branded franchises but Gusto outdoes both. Definitely my hairdressers of choice now.
