Best haircut and hairdresser experience ever.they really put you at ease and make you feel looked after from the moment you step in the salon. Amazing hair wash with head massage very relaxing. Amazing haircut too .

The stylist created the look coherently with what I asked and he managed create the look in the specified time. He demonstrated excellent customer service and kindly asked me if o wanted conditioner to be applied instead of appying it without asking. The salon is nice, the staff were all friendly! I didn't have any problems and it's in a central location which works perfectly for me! The only thing I would point out is that the stylist applied hot water on my hair and I personally try to avoid using hot water especially before a blowdry as the excessive heat can cause damage to the hair!

I had the loveliest, polite and capable hairdresser at gustos. From the moment I entered and was introduced to Beatrice I felt at ease. Having blonde hair always makes you a bit apprehensive when visiting a salon for highlights. I showed a picture and Beatrice offered wonderful advice on how to achieve the look I wanted. The treatment was fantastic and a great head massage to finish. Stoked with my new hair colour and would just like to say a massive thank you!
