First time visit to this place and was astonished by how great the experience was. Would normally spend £70+ on a decent cut and blow dry but decided to give this place a try thanks to a friends recommendation. At over half the price I was slightly apprehensive, expecting a sub par establishment. My fears were quickly alleviated, the actual place has nice décor with a funky, yet cosy vibe. The cut and blow dry was excellent on all fronts, asked for slinky girls without layers and my stylist duly delivered with honours! I’m now a fan and have already booked my next colour treatment there! X

Service wasn't amazing, no drink offered when I went in, and I didn't really feel like I got the treatment advertised. It just felt like conditioner and it wasn't even left on at all and there was no head massage either. Saying that, the haircut was lovely and Ionas did a great job and finish!

Wouldnt recommend - the hairdresser spent only about 10 minutes on the haircut - and then blow-dried to make it look better. Could have done a better job myself. Completely ignored layers until i questioned it, completely messed up the shape of my bob, blow dried was just frying my fine hair, the fringe was cut way too short - despite very clearly asking to cut it eyebrow length. Not sure how there are so many good reviews - one of the worst haircuts i ever had.

This haircut was great value and the salon was very accommodating, allowing me to move my appointment to earlier at the last minute. However, although my overall haircut was very good, and the hairdresser was very nice, due to a slight language barrier I almost ended up with a side fringe (but luckily managed to stop the hairdresser before she cut it too short.) I think perhaps if I had taken a photo it may have helped, but I would recommend being very clear with exactly the haircut you are looking for.

I had the lovely and attentive Merino, who understood what i wanted from a haircut and gave me exactly what I wanted. It was an easy no fuss experience and I would definitely recommend the salon and Merino in particular as a stylist.
