First of all, they made me pay on top of my already fully paid booking. After they found my order details at the reception desk, I saw the manager angrily pointing at me to the person who eventually did my hair. I'd used my first time app purchase discount, which was £10, and - what a coincidence - the surcharge I had to pay in the salon was £10 too. What I booked was a treatment package, with exact details of what comprised the package, yet my actual treatment contained a "toner" phase that never happened.
In addition to that, the stylist was quite cheeky with me, and when they asked what drink I'd like, they brought me water in what appeared to be a candle pot.
I got a highlights treatment but the stylist deliberately left out the ends of my hair. She didn't cover the ends and pulled them out of the foil. Now I've got bright blonde streaks at the top of my head and dark hair lower down.
I'm not impressed with that salon at all and would only recommend that you avoid it.

Enjoyed my experience with Gusto, most salons are usually very inconsistent even when using the same stylist! This salon however always delivers. Good welcoming service, offered a selection of beverages and magazines and, most importantly of all, my hair looks fab and super soft and shiny. Loving my new edgy look, top marks

Excellent as always, really can’t fault this place. Keep on going back there’s simply as nowhere better in central London for the service. Haven’t been for a while and noticed they recently renovated the place, everything looks nice and spruced up. The place has been made even more convenient since my office move to Soho Square, love it!. keep it up Gusto!
