Apart from a delay (30 min) for my appointment and a bit of confusion from the reception guys (I've book a hair cut as an additional service, yet they did not seem to be aware of that, also, the stylist I requested was somehow replaced by another one), all turned out well in the end. I am really happy with my new color as well as a very nicely (and precisely!!) done haircut. I will definitely come back here again.

The receptionist was a little lost xD Busy salon otherwise and she seemed new. Was offered refreshments plenty of times. I got Mike instead of Ionas, which I agreed to. Mike was lovely. I like it when my hairdresser doesn't talk to me to much and he was perfect, the perfect amount chatting. I told him what I wanted and he did it. I think I will specifically request and wait for him next time. I just did not get any special conditioning treatment - or I simply was not aware of it.

The hairdresser was lovely and all the other staff were so nice and friendly really welcoming and i love my hair, cut is perfect and conditioning treatment has made it feel so healthy!
