First time I've been to the hairdressers and Left so happy with everything, from the color to the cut and the treatment. This place was seriously perfect. My nee go to place for my hair.

The overall experience was ok. Unfortunately, I didn't get the stylist I had asked for and wasn't told why, and my new stylist hadn't asked my name until about 10 minutes in I asked for his. There was also no mention of the conditioning treatment either.
Despite these, the reception staff member was extremely friendly and cheery. The cut was ok value for money, didn't blow my socks off but you get your value for money.

This was a great place to go for technical expertise but the salon could have done with more atmosphere and charm. I liked the colour and cut so that made up for the lack of atmosphere in the salon on balance. I would recommend it as it was good value for money.

The salon was smaller than expected from the outside (I walked past it twice!) but inside was really funky and there were at least 6 stations which had enough space around them. Good products were on display too, which was good. My wash was very satisfying, the cut wasn't quite what I wanted but was thorough and the stylist paid attention to detail. The blow dry was the best part - it was very relaxing and he did a great job!

I have booked blow-dry appointment through the Treatwell web-site for £17.25 for long hair. I just passed the entrance door and the receptionist suggested me to pay extra £10 explaining I have a lot of hears. What is almost 60% more than the initial price. I refused to pay £10 but agreed to add £5. I understand that price may vary but not by 60%.
