It was my first visit to this salon and it was very easy to find. The receptionist was polite and offered me a drink whilst I was waiting. My hairdresser John, was 10 minutes late for my appointment. However he made up the time and gave me an excellent haircut and blow dry.

First time I've been to the hairdressers and Left so happy with everything, from the color to the cut and the treatment. This place was seriously perfect. My nee go to place for my hair.

The overall experience was ok. Unfortunately, I didn't get the stylist I had asked for and wasn't told why, and my new stylist hadn't asked my name until about 10 minutes in I asked for his. There was also no mention of the conditioning treatment either.
Despite these, the reception staff member was extremely friendly and cheery. The cut was ok value for money, didn't blow my socks off but you get your value for money.

This was a great place to go for technical expertise but the salon could have done with more atmosphere and charm. I liked the colour and cut so that made up for the lack of atmosphere in the salon on balance. I would recommend it as it was good value for money.
