I had to see a second hair dresser because the first hair dresser was unable to offer a proper consultation and insisted on being unable to work with me and offer a solution. This was initially very stressful and is not how one should feel when one has a salon treatment. Furthermore my stylist was late and I had to wait for him this is indicative of the lack of professionalism my first stylist John had. My second consultation with Luc was much better and he offered enthusaism and professionalism throughout. Only go to this salon if Luc is your hairdresser.

I'm new to London and was apprehensive about visiting a new hairdresser. Ionas was really friendly and professional, he was experienced with cutting and styling curly hair and was able to give great advice and my hair is the best its looked in years!
