Everything is ok, but I prefer the stylist I met last time. I do not why there are only few stylists I can choose through Treatwell, but there are actually a lot of stylist at the spot.
And the card machine is broken which made the payment a bit inconvenient.

Will never go back!! I was quite upset and annoyed with the salon. Firstly I rang the week of the booking to confirm, and it was fine. I got a call 2 days later saying the hair stylist I selected isn't here Saturday and no one is free, I needed my hair done for a wedding so told her to sort it and she said she would call back, she didn't! Half hour later I rang and she said oh it's fine. Relunctly I went still. John was friendly but just didn't do what I asked, after me strictly saying I've been growing the feathering at the front of my hair out for years, he cut it really short and it looked like two chunks were just cut out, I have to tuck it behind my ears now cause I hate it. I liked the colour of the highlights but I had a 2cm gap at my roots. I went home, didn't realise the roots were so bad but was unhappy with it so I rang them on Monday to see if I could come back for my roots to be done, she told me they were full until Thursday but I was going On holiday so could not make it, I expressed my annoyance and she said the manager would call me, she never did! I decided I would just never ever go again!

I was really happy with my experience. This is only the 2nd time i've had my hair done in a UK salon. The first time i was scarred, but my experience at Gusto was great and let me trust hairdressers again! My stylist was attentive, and did exactly what i wanted. Before cutting she double checked the length i wanted off which i found very reassuring.
The treatment part of the deal wasn't amazing but I mainly came for a hair restyle so that didn't bother me (it was just a bonus part of the deal!)

I came in to 'fix' a haircut that I'd gotten elsewhere and Mike was fantastic!! He listed to exactly what I wanted and gave me exactly what I was looking for and blow dried my hair to perfection. Getting your hair cut at 10 AM is actually the best thing ever - I felt like a film star all day. :-)
