Quite possible one of the worst set of highlights I have had in a long time. I still feel like I have roots, I paid extra for the hair conditioning treatment and my hair hasn't felt the benefit and the hairdresser made me feel like i needed to buy a toner but it looks the same as my hair usually does, if not worse as i feel there are patches where the "toner" hasn't lifted the colour. The hairdresser was also very abrupt and didn't seem concerned when i advised i wasn't happy. I will not be returning!

I am honestly one of those people who hates trying new places for a haircut. I was a bit hesitant to get my haircut in the UK even if I have lived here for the last 3 years and always went back home to get it done. I was really happy with my experience and I would not wait for a year to get it cut the next time. After reading reviews on Treatwell, I took my chance on Mike and the cut as well as the blow dry was great. My experience at Gusto was great and let me trust hairdressers again! Mike was attentive, and did exactly what I wanted especially when he double checked the length I wanted off which I found very reassuring. I will be back for my next cut!

Good experience! However, I don't know the price list of this salon but Treatwell offered me good price! Staff was nice, friendly... And Soho location of the venue makes it really stylish:)

don't be deceived by the small appearance of this salon. I love my cut - it's exactly what I wanted and the price is great considering the location. would recommend!

VERY HAPPY. I love my new haircut, and Iona (?), a wonderful Greek guy, was a perfect stylist. This was a great deal (35 GBP wash, style, cut, blowdry) and I'd absolutely go back to him. I was sad they didn't have sparkling water, as I don't drink alcohol.
