Not impressed- I wouldn't recommend. Arrived and had a consultation with one guy (who seemed great!)- he started to wash my hair. Half way though the receptionist came and said someone else wanted this hair dresser (who looked very embarrassed by this). She then looked at me and told me- 'you don't mind do you! You'll be fine with someone else'. And it was done. Not impressed with the next hairdresser who didn't care about conversation and was slow.
Kim did my haircut today. Firstly, she asked about the hairstyle I want to cut. We just have some simple words and look at a pic, she get it quickly. She did wash, cut and blow dry in a slow pace and carefully. She is a very professional lady. It took me more than one hour to finish it. I am very satisfied with my new hairstyle. That is exactly what I want. Thank you so much Kim. Definitely want to go next time.
This was my first time at Gusto, and I was very satisfied. My hairdresser Bita was welcoming and understanding. She listened well and used her initiative without overstepping the mark. Managed to chop off all my split ends but give me a hair cut that suits me. Definitely recommend! Thank you!
Went to get a trim. Specifically asked to take minimal length off and merely to neaten the style I had. Ended up coming out with a badly cut step in the back of my head, returned to get it sorted out, again saying not to touch the sides as I was happy with that part. My hair was then hacked at, made to look horrifically thin and full of messy scissor marks.
Very upset and gutted that my beautiful looking old hair is now a horrible mess that I am going to have to pay somewhere else to sort out and spend ages re growing.
Lovely service good value for money and friendly staff. The venue is also very well situated within the Central London location and is very easy to find from the station
