Really easy to get an appointment which is useful when you're busy like I am. Received a friendly greeting and my appointment started on time which was good. I'd actually booked the wrong thing as didn't realise that 'full head colour' wasn't the same as highlights! But it didn't matter they just did what I wanted anyway.

I booked the stylist, Carmel, based on previous good reviews I saw here, and I wasn't disappointed. She cut my very long hair and did full-head permanent coloring, and the result was fantastic. Carmel is absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with: very sweet; polite; thoughtful & careful with every step of her work; and of course most importantly, very skillful and good at what she does. I felt well valued and looked after, and very happy with the result. I highly recommend Carmel, who works at Gusto on Thursdays and Fridays.
The hair salon itself is nicely compact, clean and neat, with a lovely decor. The location right in the heart of Soho is very convenient. It was my first time visiting Gusto and would definitely return. The price is extremely reasonable, great value for money!
