My hairdresser was William Lam from Hong Kong. I highly recommend him, super knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. He's been a hairdresser all his life and styled numerous superstars from Hong Kong in the late 90s like Leslie Cheung and Anita Mui. I was pleasantly surprised by the end result, he did exactly what I asked for and more! He's very friendly and we had such a good chat. Can't wait to go back to him for another haircut in the future.

Honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. There was no professionalism at all, when getting my hair washed I was told I couldn’t wear a cloak so my clothes got super wet! Haircut is nothing like I asked for which was curtain bangs and textured layers. She gave me a really short fringe which looks ridiculous and a very blunt/choppy bob. The technique was basically to just chop my hair off in a straight line across which is never going to work for my thick hair. Will have to pay to get it fixed
