The lady was really nice, but I had the worst haircut of my life. It was supposed to be a straight trim, but the ends are uneven. I wanted to get curtain bangs that I showed a photo of, though my bangs looked nothing like it AND they looked horrible overall; left and right side were not the same length and some parts were just weird. I already booked a place to fix this, though it sucks that a haircut ended up being double the price.

Good value if you want your hair coloured pretty basically but the stylist yannis is very aggressive - kept pulling my hair which hurt and I asked him to stop and he said ‘I do this for a living, I’m not breaking your hair’. I left the salon with half blow dried hair as he assumed I was ‘in a rush’ - I mainly wanted out of there as I found his presence so uncomfortable. Never had an experience like this as gusto. It’s cheap for a reason.

By far the worst salon experience I have ever had. The hairstylist I had was rude and super rough with my hair. I initiated conversation around 3 times and asked for an opinion and I got nothing back. I was offered no water or tea but the lady next to me seemed to have. The stylist was so so rough and the WORST rushed blow dry ever. Oh and I paid a extra £15 for super* long hair when I already paid for long hair through Treatwell. You are meant to feel a hair salon feel pumped I felt worse.
