When I first arrived, I was incredibly nervous as I hadn't been here before. But as soon as I arrived the staff were very welcoming and I was offered a drink. I already had a good idea in mind of what I wanted and I had taken photos to help explain what I meant. I got the half head of highlights and a cut, both the colour and the cut were exactly what I had in mind which I was amazed at due to the price I paid. I would definitely recommend Bita and I will be going back again.

While the Hair cut and the blow dry treatments were brilliant the wash wasn't great as the basin seemed broken and it did hurt a little while washing....
