My hair dresser was rude and the treatment was harsh. I have been to Gusto a couple of times before and had great hair dressers, disappointed with this visit. The hair cut itself was good value for money.

Great haircut. My hairdresser advised me on my haircut and made me rethink what would look good on me...which I am so thankful for! Maybe a little rough with the round brush when blowdrying as I ended up with a little bump and scratch on my forehead but that was all.

When I first arrived, I was incredibly nervous as I hadn't been here before. But as soon as I arrived the staff were very welcoming and I was offered a drink. I already had a good idea in mind of what I wanted and I had taken photos to help explain what I meant. I got the half head of highlights and a cut, both the colour and the cut were exactly what I had in mind which I was amazed at due to the price I paid. I would definitely recommend Bita and I will be going back again.
