Bita was friendly and helpful, she did an amazing job with my toner and blow dry. My previous highlights had grown out, leaving me with re-growth - this was toned perfectly and turned out just how I wanted. Thanks

Good points: Lovely conditioning treatment and head massage. My hairdresser, Kim, was lovely. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it, and I'm really happy with how it looks.
Bad points: The family who run the business had an argument right in the middle of the salon – a bit distracting when you're trying to relax! Also, one lady from this family kept coming over to tell Kim to hurry up with my hair, because they had another customer waiting. My hair was still wet at this stage – thought it was all a bit rude!

I have been to Gusto several times for a wash and blow dry and am never disappointed. I ususally have a different hair dresser every time - but each one has been extrememly nice and willing to style my hair as I ask them to. The salon is small but very efficiently managed.

Avoid at all costs. My hair has been ruined!! Booked an appointment, had to wait 35 minutes before being seated so I guess they were trying to make up time, in turn bleached by hair, ruined the condition, and was left with streaky yellow racoon looking highlights. The price is too good to be true, as it will ruin your hair.

It is always a little concerning when you try somewhere new for the first time but I needn't have worried. The staff were friendly and Ilonas, my hairdresser, really listened to what I wanted. I came out there with probably one of the best cut and colours I have ever had, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only possible negative is that it is extremely busy so if you prefer your salons to be quiet, ambient and relaxing, this is most likely not for you.
