I had the Loreal 60% off highlights, cut, condition and blow dry with Bita. I really like my colour, its not stripy and looks very natural which is the look I wanted. I had 2 colours and was charged an extra £10 for having 2 colours. I am happy with my haircut as I only wanted a trim, but it was all cut in literally 2 minutes!
Happy with my hair, but in the end it did cost me £80, perhaps the 60% off as they suggested...

Bita did a wonderful job! She listened to what I wanted and gave me excellent advice on how to get the look I was going for. Highlights and cut turned out perfectly and the whole experience was one of the best I've had.

Bita did a full head of highlights on my long, thick blonde hair, she really took her time and was so thorough and perticular. I'm delighted with the finished product. I also got a cut, which I was very happy with! I would recommend Gusto to my friends and family. The friendly staff and amazing value make it a lovely place to get your hair done! I'll definitely be back! 😊

Went for bleaching and colouring. Colour was really spot on and bita did a great job in getting the different tones of purple on my hair. Though I have to admit the bleaching hurt my scalp a lot.

Absolutely brilliant salon with incredible service. On top of my wish, cut and blow-dry, my stylist Bita gave me a luxury conditioning treatment, a glass of wine when i arrived and a head massage. Bit thought about every stage of the customer journey and did a great job! I even ended up going out that night as i loved my hair that much. Will certainly be coming back here for my colour with Bita.
