After reading a few negative reviews on here I was wary that perhaps the offer was too good to be true, but I was really pleasantly surprised with everything. The young man on Reception was really welcoming and professional, a great start. My stylist was Kim and she really listened to my requirements before giving me the loveliest massage/wash ever! The conditioning treatment smelt lovely and was left on for about 10 minutes before being washed off with another lovely massage. I was in for a trim more than anything else I had lots of split ends, and Kim did a brilliant job of just tidying up the whole barnet and I barely lost anything off the length. The blow dry was fabulous, my favourite style of blow dry with big round brushes, I have very thick hair so I was in the chair just under two hours but it was a pleasure. I enjoyed free cava and was totally impressed with whoever set the playlist in there, real , sexy, chunky, dirty house music, reminded me of The Cross back in the day! By the time I was finished I was SO ready to party! My hair looked amazing, I felt amazing and I will definitely be going back.

I had the Loreal 60% off highlights, cut, condition and blow dry with Bita. I really like my colour, its not stripy and looks very natural which is the look I wanted. I had 2 colours and was charged an extra £10 for having 2 colours. I am happy with my haircut as I only wanted a trim, but it was all cut in literally 2 minutes!
Happy with my hair, but in the end it did cost me £80, perhaps the 60% off as they suggested...

Bita did a wonderful job! She listened to what I wanted and gave me excellent advice on how to get the look I was going for. Highlights and cut turned out perfectly and the whole experience was one of the best I've had.

Bita did a full head of highlights on my long, thick blonde hair, she really took her time and was so thorough and perticular. I'm delighted with the finished product. I also got a cut, which I was very happy with! I would recommend Gusto to my friends and family. The friendly staff and amazing value make it a lovely place to get your hair done! I'll definitely be back! 😊
