The colour didn't completely work out, but it was a tough task and the hairdresser left me her contact to make arrangements and fix it maybe in the future. The blow dry was just amazing, I was sceptic at first but once it was done I was really happy about it.
I put 4 stars because I am still not sure about the colour.
Just a note: one of the hairdressers unmistakably looked at me with a disgusted face... First of all I had a very hard day so it was the last thing I needed. Second of all I started wondering what the hell was wrong with me and really wanted to ask her and was about to. And third, you can't behave like this with clients, you simply can't. If you have an opinion that disagrees with the work that has been done just speak out, if you don't like the client for some reason keep it to yourself, please, it's been an unbelievable and very shameful moment. I'm not putting one star for this episode 'cause it was not my hairdresser and because it had nothing to do with the job on my hair, but if I am ever coming back I expect this to not happen again!!!!

After reading a few negative reviews on here I was wary that perhaps the offer was too good to be true, but I was really pleasantly surprised with everything. The young man on Reception was really welcoming and professional, a great start. My stylist was Kim and she really listened to my requirements before giving me the loveliest massage/wash ever! The conditioning treatment smelt lovely and was left on for about 10 minutes before being washed off with another lovely massage. I was in for a trim more than anything else I had lots of split ends, and Kim did a brilliant job of just tidying up the whole barnet and I barely lost anything off the length. The blow dry was fabulous, my favourite style of blow dry with big round brushes, I have very thick hair so I was in the chair just under two hours but it was a pleasure. I enjoyed free cava and was totally impressed with whoever set the playlist in there, real , sexy, chunky, dirty house music, reminded me of The Cross back in the day! By the time I was finished I was SO ready to party! My hair looked amazing, I felt amazing and I will definitely be going back.
